Is it really free?

Yes. The generator is fully free: unlimited invoices, all core features, PDF download, two themes. The only paid thing is Pro — a one-time $9 that adds the client book (save clients, refill an invoice in one click), an item library for your standard services and rates, a scannable pay-by-QR code on your PDFs, premium themes and custom accent colors — and removes the small “Created with Billotter” line. No subscription.

Can I make estimates, quotes or receipts?

Yes — switch the Document type in the sidebar and the sheet becomes an ESTIMATE, QUOTE or RECEIPT with matching labels. Numbering, totals, PDF download and local saving all work the same.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. This page has no backend and makes no network requests with your data. Everything you type is stored in your own browser (localStorage) so it's still there when you come back. Clear it any time with one click.

How do I get the PDF?

Download PDF opens your browser's print dialog with the invoice perfectly formatted — choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. Works on every OS with no plugins.

Can I use my own logo and currency?

Yes — upload any image as your logo (it stays on your device) and pick from 26 currencies with correct formatting.

Can I manage more than one invoice?

Yes. Every invoice you create is kept in Your invoices in the sidebar (stored in your browser, like everything else). Reopen, edit, duplicate via “New invoice”, or delete them any time.
